1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened games, digital products, or accessories with broken seals cannot be returned.
  • Any product showing signs of physical damage caused by customer misuse is not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the item back to our address.
  • Inspection will be completed within 3–5 working days after we receive the product.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–10 working days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • You can request a replacement item instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
