Return & Refund Policy

At PX Gamez, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund guidelines below to understand how we can assist you.

Eligibility For Refunds 

You can only get your payment, if you have placed an order through our website or WhatsApp. The refund process is started after verifying your order details. 

  • Submit the request within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Receive your refunds through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5 to 10 working days after inspection.
  • Remember, shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Eligibility For Returns

We understand, sometimes situations don’t work out and you need to send the product back. You can return your game or any other product if it falls on following criteria: 

  • The product is damaged or has a defect, then you can return it within 2 days after showing us proof.
  • Keep in mind, when you claim for return the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have an original invoice or order confirmation for verification.

Report About Defective Products

  • If your game, CD, or controller has any error or defect, you have to report it within 2 days of delivery.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp and send clear pictures and videos showing the defect or error.
  • Make sure the images clearly show what the problem is, so our team can verify it quickly.
  • Include your order number in your message for faster processing.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened games, CDs, or digital products with broken seals (unless they’re defective).
  • Accessories or controllers that have been opened and used without any defect.
  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse after delivery.
  • Items that show clear signs of wear and tear from customer handling.

Return & Refund Process

  • Contact our support team at WhatsApp within the eligible time period.
  • Share the photos or videos of the product showing the issue (in case of damage or defect).
  • Provide your order number and explain why you want to return the item. You can request a refund or replacement too. 
  • Once approved, you need to send the product to us.
  • If you’re in Karachi, our rider will come to your location to pick up the item.
  • If you’re outside Karachi, we will provide you with our return address and shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back with all accessories, manuals, and bundled items in the original packaging.
  • We will complete the inspection process within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the product.

Replacement 

Instead of return or refund, you can ask for a replacement product if we have it in stock.Whether you exchange the product with the same item or different, you can ask. We will replace the product as soon as possible.  

What if My Mind Changed After Delivery?

If your order has been delivered but you want to return it due to personal reasons (payment issues, change of mind, etc.), you can still send it back. A minimum deduction of Rs. 500 will apply to cover our processing costs.

  • You will need to pay both delivery charges: the original delivery fee and the pickup/return shipping fee.
  • If you’re in Karachi, our rider will pick it up, but pickup charges will apply.
